At Top Shelf, we don't need your credit card information. We handle all transactions in cash.

WHAT AREAS OF LONG ISLAND DO YOU SERVICE?

We are based out of Massapequa and service mainly Nassau County, Long Island. If you reside elsewhere, please do not hesitate to reach out and see if we can still help you!

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

We hope this never happens, but in the case there is a broken chair or ripped part of a tent, we will discuss how to go proceed.

WHEN WILL THE TENT BE PUT UP AND TAKEN DOWN?

Since tent rentals are usually done over the weekend, we set up tents on Friday's and take them down on Sunday's. Specific times for each day will be detailed upon scheduling a rental.
